List & Search
Find, filter, and manage recordings in your workspace.
The Recordings page (/recordings) is your workspace inbox for all dictations and meeting notes.
Status tabs
Filter recordings by status using the tabs at the top:
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
| Active | In-progress work — recording, processing, or transcribing |
| Draft | Saved but not yet completed |
| Complete | Finished recordings |
| All | Every recording regardless of status |
| Custom | Appears when search or filters are active |
Search and filters
Use the search box to find recordings by title or transcript text. For advanced filtering:
- Click the table settings icon next to search
- Add sort rules (column + direction)
- Add filters — text contains, date ranges, status, priority, and more
- Combine filters with All (AND) or Any (OR)
Filter and column layouts are saved in your browser for next visit.
Table columns
Customize visible columns from the table settings popover. Drag to reorder. Common columns include title, status, client, matter, duration, and created date.
Row actions
Click the ⋯ menu on any row:
- Open — open in the editor
- Copy ID — for support or API reference
- Send to transcriber — add to the human queue (Pro)
- Mark complete — finalize the recording
- Delete — permanently remove (author or admin)
Admins also see Manage recording to recover stuck statuses, adjust priority, or reassign transcribers.
Presence indicators
Avatar badges on rows show when teammates are currently viewing a recording. Open the recording to see full presence in the editor header.
Bulk actions
Select multiple rows to perform bulk operations where your permissions allow.
Open a recording
Click any row to open the full editor at /recordings/[id]. From there you can resume recording, edit transcripts, generate notes, and export.
Tips
- Use Custom filters to build saved views — e.g. all Draft recordings for a specific client
- Press
Ctrl+K/Cmd+Kanywhere in the app to search and jump to a recording - Transcribers see the Queue instead of the recordings list — see For transcribers
