Clara in Recordings
Ask questions and review Clara's proposed edits inside a recording.
Clara works alongside the current recording so you can ask questions, draft, and review proposed changes without leaving the editor.
Split view
- Open a recording you can access.
- Select Clara in the editor.
- Ask about the current transcript, note, or document.
Clara can use the current tab context to answer a question, summarise, or propose a rewrite.

Highlight text in any editable tab to see quick actions:

Review the preview before applying it.
Approval for changes
When Clara proposes a content change, an approval card shows what would change:
- Accept applies the proposal.
- Reject leaves the existing content unchanged.
Nothing is overwritten until an authorised user accepts the proposal.
What Clara can do in recordings
- Rewrite transcript or note sections
- Format dense text into readable paragraphs
- Answer questions about the current content
- Suggest improvements before export
Clara's answer or proposal may still be incomplete or wrong. Compare it with the recording, transcript, matter context, and the firm's approved legal position. Generated documents stay private until you select Share to matter.

Tips
- Correct the transcript before asking Clara to work from it.
- Use Format for a proposed layout clean-up.
- Use split view for a larger rewrite.
- Have the responsible fee-earner review the resulting text.
