Roles

Your sidebar and permissions depend on your workspace role:

  • Members create and manage their own recordings, plus view recordings shared through groups
  • Transcribers work from the Queue instead of creating new recordings
  • Admins manage workspace settings, members, and can recover stuck recordings
  • Owners have full workspace control including billing

Custom roles are available on all plans. See Permissions.
