Billing & Plans

Ardela plan tiers, features, and usage limits.

Ardela offers three plan tiers. Check your current plan and usage under Settings → Billing and Settings → Usage.

Usage limits

Limits vary by plan and scale with seat count on Pro. Common counters include:

Enterprise limits are negotiated individually. Failed AI generations do not consume credits.

What happens at limits

When a monthly limit is reached, the affected feature pauses until the next billing cycle or a plan upgrade. Check Settings → Usage for current counts.

Expired or unpaid subscriptions block write operations, API access, and new recordings until billing is resolved.

Upgrading

Workspace owners and admins can upgrade from Settings → Billing:

  1. Review current plan and seat count
  2. Choose Pro or contact support for Enterprise
  3. Complete checkout via Stripe

Manage invoices and payment methods through the Stripe customer portal linked from the billing tab.
