Security Settings
MFA, SSO, and workspace security configuration in Ardela.
Workspace admins configure security under Settings → Security.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
All users can enable 2FA on their account under Settings → Account. Admins can require MFA for every workspace member:
- Open Settings → Security
- Enable Require MFA for all members
- Members must set up 2FA on next sign-in
SAML SSO (Enterprise)
Enterprise workspaces can configure SAML single sign-on:
- Open Settings → Security
- Configure your identity provider details
- Share the metadata URL with your IT team
SSO users sign in through your firm's identity provider instead of email and password.
Activity log
Review administrative actions under Settings → Activity Log:
- Recording management and status changes
- Settings and permission changes
- Member invitations and role changes
- Integration connect/disconnect events
Export the activity log for compliance audits. Enterprise plans include extended audit log capabilities.
Session security
Sessions expire after inactivity. Sign out from shared computers when finished.
