Transcriber Queue
Send recordings to human transcribers and manage the queue.
The Transcriber Queue connects authors with human transcribers inside your workspace. Available on Pro plans with queue access enabled.
How it works
Author records → Send to transcriber → Transcriber claims → Edits → CompleteAuthors keep ownership of recordings. Transcribers work from a dedicated Queue view instead of the recordings list.

Status flow
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Waiting for a transcriber to claim |
| Transcribing | Assigned and in progress |
| Review pending | Awaiting author or group approval |
| Completed | Finished |
Group approval
Groups can require approval before completed work is finalized. Admins configure this under Settings → Groups.
Admin recovery
If a recording is stuck, admins use Manage recording from the recordings list to reset status, reassign transcribers, or clear processing errors.
