Analytics

Analytics

Review permitted workspace activity, queue performance, and workflow data.

Analytics helps authorised users understand operational activity across recordings, matters, the transcriber queue, and workflows.

Analytics requires a Pro or Enterprise plan and reporting permission.

Dashboards

Dashboards provide summary views of the data available to you. Depending on your workspace configuration, this can include recording activity, turnaround, queue workload, and workflow outcomes.

Set the relevant date range before comparing results. Check whether recent work is still processing or awaiting completion, as incomplete activity can affect a period total.

Reports

Reports provide a table view that can be filtered and sorted for a specific operational question.

  1. Open Analytics and choose a report available to you.
  2. Set the date range and filters.
  3. Review the included fields and definitions.
  4. Save a custom report if you have permission and need to reuse the view.
  5. Export the result where the report provides an export action.

Report availability and editing controls depend on your workspace permissions.

Scheduled delivery

Where report scheduling is enabled, an authorised user can set a saved report to be delivered on a recurring schedule. Check the recipients and the confidentiality of the report before enabling delivery.

Review schedules when responsibilities or team membership change.

Understand the figures

  • Confirm what each metric includes before comparing teams or periods.
  • Treat in-progress and completed work consistently.
  • Check filters before sharing a total.
  • Use operational data alongside context from the responsible team.

Analytics reflects the data recorded in Ardela. It does not assess the quality of legal work or replace supervision and professional judgement.

Clara in Analytics

Clara can help an authorised user work with permitted analytics context. Any proposed change to a report or dashboard must be reviewed and approved before it is applied.

Do not include confidential client information in a report unless each recipient is permitted to receive it.
